Our inspection services:
Pre-Purchase Inspections
This is the most common type of inspection. This inspection is typically done after the house has been put on the market and requested by a potential buyer as a contingency prior to closing. This type of inspection helps both the buyer and seller identify problems that exist with the property. Generally these problems are fixed or the listing price is renegotiated to cover repair costs.
Pre-Purchase New Construction Inspections
Inspector Guys, Inc. is licensed in the State of Alaska to perform inspections of New Construction. Remember, just because the home is new and has never been occupied, doesn’t mean that problems don’t exist.
Pre-Listing Inspections
This is an often overlooked service that can potentially save you time and money. When is the last time you went in your crawl space? When is the last time you had your furnace maintained? These are things that could potentially lead to losing a sale. Pre-Listing Inspections can help identify problems that exist and will give you time to take corrective action prior to listing your home, saving you time and money in the negotiation process. This expense can increase market value and the desirability of the property.
Other inspection services include; New Construction (Builder) Inspections, Warranty Inspections, Earthquake Retrofit Inspections, and Investigative Inspections. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding our services.
