What is a
home inspection? It's a visual, non-evasive examination of a home. Having a home inspected is like giving it a physical check-up. If problems or deficiency's are discovered, the inspector will recommend further evaluation by a qualified licensed professional.

A trained inspector will inspect your home for 1 1/2 to 3 hours. We encourage you to join our inspector during the home inspection. As safety is our # 1 priority, we reserve the right to modify our inspection process to ensure your safety as well as the safety of the inspector.

Inspector Guys, Inc. utilizes eInspections™ reporting system along with tablet PC's to collect digital signatures and to provide you with a detailed comprehensive computer generated report, complete with narrative descriptions and digital photographs of areas that need attention. We've bundled the reporting system with Inspection Support Network™ to provide reports that are professionally contained and emailed in .PDF format and accessible any time by using our online service.
