What is a home inspection? It's a visual, non-evasive examination of a home. Having a home inspected is like giving it a physical check-up. If problems or deficiency's are discovered, the inspector will recommend further evaluation by a qualified licensed professional.
A trained inspector will inspect your home for 1 1/2 to 3 hours. We encourage you to join our inspector during the home inspection. As safety is our # 1 priority, we reserve the right to modify our inspection process to ensure your safety as well as the safety of the inspector.
